Warranty Coverage Period
New & Refurbished Products: Covered for 12 months from delivery. Used Products: Covered for 6 months from delivery.
Consumers are additionally protected by legal guarantees for non-conforming products (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). Any such issues must be reported within the applicable legal timeframe.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, contact our Customer Service team via email or through the "My Orders" section on your account.

Resolution Process
Upon receiving your claim, Pioneer Control will evaluate the product. If confirmed defective or non-compliant, we will proceed with either repair or replacement at our discretion.
Refunds are considered only if repair and replacement are not feasible or disproportionately costly.
Conditions That Void Warranty
The warranty becomes void in cases including:
Unauthorized modification or tampering
Failure to follow installation or usage instructions
Use with incorrect voltage or incompatible power source
Installation of non-genuine parts
Damage from improper use, accidents, or extreme environmental conditions
Repair attempts by unauthorized personnel
Force majeure events (fires, floods, lightning, vandalism, natural disasters)
Only the malfunctioning product itself is covered, and it must be returned with a valid RMA number.
