Pioneer Control delivers worldwide using DHL, UPS, FedEx Express, and other trusted carriers.
All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.
International Customers: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Information Requirements
For business customers (B2B), please provide accurate details during checkout:
Registered Business Name
Official Company Address
VAT ID or local tax identification number
Incorrect information may result in additional costs or failed delivery attempts.
Delivery Times
In Stock Items: Typically ship within 1–10 business days after order verification and payment.
Made-to-Order / Out-of-Stock Items: Delivery times depend on supplier lead times; estimates may change.
Order Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate on DHL, UPS, or FedEx websites. Pioneer Control is not responsible for delays in courier tracking updates.
Shipping & Receipt of Goods
We deliver products to the address specified by the client. Please inspect the package upon receipt to ensure items match your order before signing the delivery documents.
Inspections are without prejudice to your rights under our Return and Warranty policies.
Limitations of Liability
Pioneer Control is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including accidents, natural disasters, strikes, embargoes, or supplier delays.
Liability ends once the shipment is handed over to the courier. We are not responsible for damages, losses, or costs due to delays or non-performance caused by such events.
