Right of Withdrawal
Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the products.
This right does not apply to business customers.
To exercise your right, please email our customer service at info@pioneercontrol.com with your:
Full name, address, and contact details
Order date and delivery date
Statement of withdrawal including the product details
Return Conditions & Process
Products may only be returned after obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.
Authorization does not imply defect, which will be verified upon inspection.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with labels intact.
Return Shipping: Customers cover the cost and risk. Ship items using a trackable service with the RMA number within 14 days of authorization.
Inspection: Returns are checked within 1–7 business days. Tampered or damaged items may be rejected and returned at your expense.
Refunds
Once your withdrawal is approved or a defect confirmed, refunds are issued promptly using your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).
Order Cancellation & Product Unavailability
Cancellation by Customer: Email info@pioneercontrol.com. Full refund if the order hasn't been processed; fees may apply if already processed.
Cancellation by Us: Orders may be canceled due to stock unavailability. We will notify you and offer a replacement or full refund.
Damaged Goods in Transit
Upon Delivery: Check the package. Refuse or note damages on the courier document.
After Acceptance: Keep original packaging and contact info@pioneercontrol.com immediately for claims and returns guidance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees; refunds are not provided in such cases.
